My Morning Spiritual Exercise, Breathe Deep, Release Slowly

Sheltering at home in this pandemic requires me to breathe deep, release slowly, and allow the negative to escape into an imaginary dark cloud over my head. I might need to repeat the process several times to extricate all the dark negative emotions.

Once I feel steady and open to light, I pop the cloud; watch it disappear. Then, I walk away with my positive self intact. Lastly but not least, I praise the Breathe of God that gives me life. Politely I ask for the Trio to accompany me as I go about my day.

Post Note: I will often use a photo of nature to help me focus on the good in our world. The photo above was my focal point today. Thank you Meghan for this beautifully inspiring photo. https://www.facebook.com/photosafterfive/
