Sheltering at home in this pandemic requires me to breathe deep, release slowly, and allow the negative to escape into an imaginary dark cloud over my head. I might need to repeat the process several times to extricate all the dark negative emotions.
Once I feel steady and open to light, I pop the cloud; watch it disappear. Then, I walk away with my positive self intact. Lastly but not least, I praise the Breathe of God that gives me life.
